Fitness Programs



Instructors are available for personalized exercise programs for all members 9 years of age and older.
No appointments are necessary. Members may contact the Fitness Desk or an exercise instructor in the gym.
Exercise instructors are available during scheduled hours for constructing programs and counseling
members in their fitness needs.

Our work-out facilities include 5 very unique exercise areas. Select the ones that best suit your needs.

STRENGTH TRAINING
~ Women's Gym (must be 14 years or older)
Smaller, simple, private, "ladies only"
Machines, free weights & cardio equipment

~ Co-ed Gym, downstairs (must be 14 years or older)
Men & women welcome
Large, vast variety of equipment
Lots of free weights and machines

~ Co-ed Gym, upstairs (must be 14 years or older)
Men & women welcome
Smaller, quieter, machines & free weights
Excellent for beginners

~ Youth Gym (ages 9-14 years of age)
Parents are welcome and encouraged to work-out with their children
Lighter weights & machines
Youths who are not accompanied by an adult may use this area
only during "Instructors Hours", listed below

CARDIO-VASCULAR FITNESS

~ Cardio Equipment Area(must be 9 or older)
Treadmills & Spinning bikes (must be 14 or older)
Wear an FM headset to listen to TV
