Birthday Parties
WHO CAN ATTEND?
Red’s members can have a birthday party at Red’s and they can invite Red’s members and non-members.
Participants must be at least 7 years of age.

WHAT AREAS AND TIMES CAN I BOOK A PARTY?
Parties can be booked at the pool, basketball court, dodgeball and bootcamp. They can be booked on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The available times vary so call to book a time. Parties must be booked no less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

HOW LONG DOES THE PARTY LAST?
Parties are booked for 2 hours time slots. If you would like to book more time, it is $25 per extra 30 minutes. You may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the party begins to decorate, and you must have your decorations cleaned up 15 minutes after the party’s conclusion.

WHAT IS THE COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
There is a $15 per child charge with a minumum of 10 children, and there is no maximum number of guests allowed (exception: pool parties are limited to 20). The cost includes: pizza, drinks, cake, plates and napkins, invitations to send to the guests, and a party coordinator. A $50 deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is due at the time of the party and may be charged to your account. We also provide racquets and balls for racquetball, tennis and basketball parties.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
You must cancel 48 hours prior to the party for a full refund. Any cancelation made less than 48 hours prior to the party will result in loss of deposit.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
In the event of rain for a bootcamp, tennis or pool party, the party may be moved to racquetball or basketball, depending on availablity. If the party is cancelled due to rain, there will be a full refund. Participants must have tennis shoes to participate in any of the activities.

WHAT CAN WE BRING TO THE PARTY?
You may bring decorations and an extra cake. You may not bring fun jumps or water balloons.

DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE CHAPERONES?
There must be at least one adult for every 10 children, you are not charged for adults. Pool parties may require additional chaperones depending on the age of the children.
